I'm 43 and take 100MG of cyp a week that was prescribed by my doctor. I was down in the 300 range at 38 and gaining weight even though I was lifting as long as I've been a member here. Almost 16 years![]()
We started wtih 500IU of HCG then later moved to 100MG of test two years ago. Both got me into the 700-900 range and I feel great. I also run 60 miles a week and lift 4 days a week and feel like I did when I'm 25 and with lower body fat.
Having a doctor to support you and proper blood work(mine is quarterly) is essential as it's nothing to play with, you may accidentally cause other issues you didn't know about. I'm all for it as long as one is careful.
