I am not 100% sure on adding EQ in the same syringe but I am willing to bet that it's fine. I hear EQ is useless unless ran at 600+mg per week though, so keep that in mind. You should be running HCG if you value your fertility, your testicles function and size. Run HCG on TRT and throughout cycle obviously

This ^^^ and you should fire your doctor and find one who understands hormones. That's a horrible, out-dated protocol that puts you on a hormonal roller coaster. Ridiculous to be honest. Do some more reading here, straighten out your protocol and then consider a cycle. When you do, simply follow Austinites Successful First Cycle Sticky Thread in the AAS Q & A forum.
