Getting bw and being properly diagnosed by a Dr would be a good first step.

Both arimidex and aromasin are AIs.

AIs are used to control estrogen while on cycle, they will not reverse gyno.

In order to treat gyno you need to use SERM therapy or surgery.

Raloxifene or nolvadex are both SERMs and they are what you should be seeking.

The thread below goes over the dosages used when treating gyno with SERMs.
Awesome, so i actually do have a pack of nolvadex and i could get more if needed, money is not an issue its just the products that i can get that are.

i read through the article you provided, they do explain how to take Raloxifene, which i cant get, but they dont explain how to take nolvadex, they are a 25mg tablet each.

So now i guess i'm asking what the proper dosage to fix my gyno bullshit would be with nolvadex instead of raloxifene ?

And another question unrelated to this but for pure future knowledge, are you capable of taking nolvadex during your cycle ? or is it counter-productive ?

Thanks, you are helping me a lot keep sharing your knowledge !

Nolvadex is a brand name of tamoxifen.

The article I attached contains the dosage for tamoxifen.

Yes you can use nolva during cycle, but you shouldn't have to if you control your e2 with an AI and also have mid cycle blood work.

A vet here named kel uses 10mg of nolva on cycle, but he's also a bit of a baby.

I believe he uses nolva for it's lipid lowering effect rather than gyno prevention.

To paraphrase Michael Scalley, if you were defending a castle against siege would you rather block all the gates or immediately destroy 80% of the attacking army?

Nolva acts by attaching to receptor cites or blocking the gates.

Whereas AIs act by neutralizing or destroying the aromatase enzyme.

If you still don't understand the moral is you're better off learning how to control e2 with an AI and BW.
