Take a look at this chart taken from a medical website in relation to aspiration. Don't claim the advice I am giving is bad advice when more than 90% of Health Professionals agree with what I have stated.
Point proven. You can have a gold star when you do your homework. You get another gold star when you pass the test.
Strange how 91% of nurses have stated no aspiration is a safe practise. But hey, what would they know. Some guy on the internet told me otherwise, it must be true.
Funny how 98% of nurses don't aspirate for blood when giving IM injections, but hey, some guy on the internet said you have to, it must be true.
Hey look, eliminating aspiration reduces PIP, oh wait some guy on the internet said that was false. The Doctors and Nurses must have got it wrong. All those decades of injections and studies must be wrong because some guy on the internet says so.
Give me a break.
