    I havent tried st johns wort but did try 5 htp for a while again up lifting effects but wasnt sure if it was a placebo, fucking sick and tired of depression, been alone constantly, Im making an appointment to see a specialist in Dublin maybe that might help, I havent had any libido since I was 19, great age to loose it never even got to have sex and Im 33 now, fml.

    It sounds to me like you have the classic symptoms of low testosterone. Get checked, that might be the source of all your problems.

    Lol no I got my testosterone checked twice turns out its really high 600 ng/dl, i even started taking testosterone anyways hoping that would cure me after reading all the stuff about how good it makes people feel, had a honeymoon period that lasted a week then back into depression Ill look into the Manerix thanks for the suggestion, Im on the verge of either living in a mental hospotal or offing myself.

    Iv looked into the manerix read some great success storys, Ill talk to my doctor about it tomorrow cheers for letting me know about it.

    Damn man, in that case see a doc asap to get you some proper meds. I suggest finding some thing that brings you a little joy, a girlfriend, a pet, a hobby.... dont give up mate, your depression has a solution. I would talk to the doc about starting first with SSRI or SNRI before moving to the stronger MAO inhibitors. -Cheers

    So you are in Ireland? Try to get hold of Manerix (moclobemide). It is an old but effective antidepressant that might require special diet adaptation, but it doesn't negatively impact libido like modern SSRIs.
