I have been struggling with weight for all my life, when i was a teenager i did work out and hit the gym every day, but never got the six pack or the shape I wanted. Even as a teen i wanted to take steroids but always been scared and reading all the posts from people i did not like the fact that you eventually will loose all the gains. I had gotten to a decent shape and the everything went down hill at 30, I got married and then 2 yeas later cheated on and divorced, lost my job and had to go back to school. I went from 5'10 , 190 Lb to 235 LB because of depression. Just as I wanted to take my life back I got 2 herniated disks and could not work out anymore. I tried just dieting alone doing those crash diets. Yes i got down to 200 LB but gained it back again because if not being able to do physical activity. Dating life is horrible cause woman n like a fit guy and someone with confidence. Lets say I lost everything and hit bottom.......... I am now 41 and got nothing to loose,so reading some stories i want to try to get back in shape with bit of help from steroids. What I want to achieve is to get a confidence boost and in a decent shape, I want to be able to work out and get fit. I need my life back, and if i can get a kick start that would be awesome. I know this will take hard work discipline and dedication, so I am willing to do that. I have no clue about cycles and what to start with, so I ask you for some advice please. Thank you in advanced.
Wow! Very similar to me. Luckily no divorce for me.
The only reason that i cycle is because I compete in bodybuilding. I went from 190-240 in my 30's. After Dr said to lower bp or I will be taking pills the rest of my life, i decided to do something about my health. I needed to have a goal so i decided to compete in a bodybuilding show. I did it all naturally at the age of 47. In 9 months, i went from 240-165 to compete. No AAS. I liked BB therefore i realized i had to cycle to really compete.
I recommend that you do not use AAS to get what you are looking for. I know that this is the advice that you were looking for. To get where you want to be, it will require a change in lifestyle. Exercise and diet are the key. There is no magical pill or oil that will get you what you want. I would imagine your bodyfat is rather high which causes other concerns on AAS (bp, cholesteral, etc). IMO the results on AAS will be limited because of your bf. If your lifestyle does not change, you will keep bouncing back and will get frustrated and just quit.
I could not even run .1 miles nonstop at the beginning. A year and a half later, i ran a 1/2 marathon also at 48. You can do this naturally. And change your life forever. I am by no means an expert, but i will help in any way with the knowledge I have gained . Bp off cycle is now 115/65.
