Face pulls 1 working DD. **new weight** (stack). Foot up
Rev db fly 1 working 1 drop
Seated press 1 working 1 drop. **new weight** fvck it was heavy
BB shrugs 1 working DD
Behind back shrugs, machine 1 working DD

Done fried. I hurt ma back doing the working set on the rack pulls. Just a wee pull should be ok. Same weight as last wk and T bar. I could not of got even 5kg on them. Theres always next wk.

Exactly this, Marcus. You know you can outwork anyone else in the gym, even if you have to tweak your TRT slightly. I know it messes with your mind, but as you have pointed out before, we control our minds.

Seated d'bell curl- 1 w/u Work1- 3,drop,4,drop,3 - 3. Rest 1 minute. Work2-3+,drop,2+.
Close grip cable curl- Work- 6 good reps w/ a slow 10 count neg.
Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work1- 5, drop,4. Rest 1 minute. Work2- 7+ reps w/ a painful slow 10 count neg.
Triceps pressdown w/ straight bar- 1 w/u, Work-5,drop,4+ w/ 10 count neg on last partial
D'bell skulls- Work-5,drop,4+.

Afternoon guys,GGR. Ma back/lats are done right in the day from top to bottom. Rest the day, got told a was looking good and getting bigger and i stand out. At the gym yesterday He is a big big guy as well so a was well chuffed.

Just caught up on thread...thanks for the motivation. I am struggling....went to gym yesterday and quit legs after 3 sets. I didn't feel myself and I just had enough. I am heading in a few to finish what I started. I am not a quitter.
Making diet modifications to address persistence digestive issues. It's not going to easy. It's not going to be pretty. It has to be done.
