    Hello HIT squad,

Well I haven't been around because things got crazy. You know I had to finish that house for the 4th, my wife and I separated a week or so before that. That week up to the 4th was one of the most insane weeks of my life. I was trying to take care of the house/pets/food and work 12 hour super high pressure days without cracking. The house went well, I actually used work as a way to clear my head, I just focused on that and that alone. Then I would just train, cook and house chores and there wasnt any time left, I would just pass out and do it again the next day. That Monday after the fourth my boss was kind enough to tell me he had no big houses to do and I was getting laid off. So here I was , about to turn 42, no wife, no job. I can really fuck things up. My wife and I ended up having some really intense talks, totally putting everything out there. Being together for 14 years and no kids is very hard, theres no buffer, nothing between us, just her and I. We drifted apart, grew kinda cold, our marriage was more of an arrangement. But we agreed we need to constantly work on it, date nights, she's going to visit her Mom in Florida for a few weeks at a time a couple times atleast a year. You we be surprised how time away from each other is good for a relationship........well at least mine We are back together and things are good, Im still unemployed but I know God has something good planned for me, I just have to keep my faith. So all in all things turned out pretty well, training is great, Im in the best shape since competing, now that Im not working my diet slipped a little, Im not pre cooking as much, I have to get back in that groove, but things are good.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate our friendships

Sure pushes me to the limit, but I just wont change that little bit more I need to, I hold on to it and wont let it go. He probably laughs, "You wanna train and be big my son, see if this doesn't crush you!"

Will be keeping you in prayers, buddy. Hang in there, things will work out exactly as they are supposed to. The wife and I have had a few rocky patches, and it all comes down to what you said: communication/lack of communication.

Went well tonight. Having the back of my bench at a slight angle from perpendicular really seems to be hit anteriors better and feels better on my joints. Still hot and humid here, but very random and localized t'showers.

    RC exercises
D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u, Work-6,drop,2,drop,4+. Rest for 1 minute. Work2- 6 reps @ my last drop weight with a slow 10 count neg. on last 2 reps. Wonderfully painful! New weight as well!
Seated side laterals-2 w/u, Work-7+,drop,2+,drop,4+ w/ slow 10 count hold on last partial.
    Face pulls- 1 w/u, Work-9+ - 2+ - 3+ w/ 10 count hold on all partials.
    B'bell shrugs- 1 w/u ( only felt like I needed 1 feeler/warmup set because the face pulls seem to give a little trap activation), Work1(front)- 7 - 3 reps. Work2(rear)- 7- 6+ reps w/10 count neg on last partial.
    D'bell shrugs- Work-7,drop,2+,drop,2+.

Pretty much wiped. Anteriors are still burning. 39 minutes not including RC exercises and stretches.

We get tested during our life many times, some people coast along without a bump while others have a roller coaster life (me). Behaviour, feelings, emotions and mind set all take part and only the strong survive. Your a survivor BG and you ever need that shoulder mines big enough for you

Our past tells us many answers, but we cant change it all we can do is change our behaviour to be a better person for the now and future.

Had to do something very different with a shoulder workout this week. I know I am 100% and take offense when I hear anything different so please just take this workout as a bit oif a low point for me but I was asked to do this to help sort some issues out with my shoulder, traps and lower trap.
1- day - just pure shoulder press

viking shoulder press - really warmed up, then set into a pyramid style workout out. set contain 20 reps,15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps and 6 reps. A lot of volume I know but it was the course of the next few days to help flush some areas.

    seated machine press
4 sets increase weight each time 20 reps, 15 reps and 10 reps, had and all to failure, which was hard

seated db press, no lock out, slight bells to each other at the top to take away tricep and did 3 sets, lilled me 15, 0 and 6 reps.

Home time, last under 30 mins

next day was purely side laterals and rears - face pulls for 4 sets, then reverse pec deck for 4 sets and cable bent over 4 sets, shoulder destroyed, 25mins done and also dropped in traps

shoulder are very sore to touch and rc feeling better, I also did 20 mins warm you internal and external rc warm ups,

3 days for shoulders, first for me

Just want to say I think it's over for me. I'm not well. Freaky size what separated me is going to be over. Can't stand this to happen. The demons over my past visit me daily due to some issues what come up. But I'm losing the body and the mind is slowly going.

    Sorry guys will update soon.
Seems I kinda missed this post, sorry.

You just need some vacation mate, it gets rough sometimes but you will make it through.

Just keep an open mind and be positive.

Drop me a line if you need anything.

There you go you porn star arse licker!

You say you are sore to the touch, means you did something

So you may have to train a little differently now, it's still training.

Nothing wrong with changing it up. The whole process of building muscle is adapting to what our bodies require for a stimulus to grow/heal, right?
    I like it!

Ok, bedtime for this old fart. . Just want to let all of you know how much I value our friendships here and the motivation you provide. It means a lot to me and helps me keep chipping away at the battle we all fight.
