EQ and Deca both retain water and thus the "bulking" nature of these compounds. I personally like EQ myself. Bulking or cutting is really a function of diet and ester selection over compounds, IMO. You can bulk on anything if you eat like a big man. Shorter esters require less water to break down so are used for cutting and vice a versa for longer esters, like the ones in Deca and EQ.

Cheers for your opinion mate.I I read EQ retain less water and gains are very similar if the diet is on the point.

EQ has to be run for a very long time. EQ and Deca both aren't compounds you should be looking at for a first cycle or even a second cycle for that matter. Deca will shut you down HARD and an EQ cycle will be at least 16 weeks. I think I ran EQ for 14-15 weeks for my first and only time on it so far and I had just started to feel the effects. I want to say around week 12 I noticed vascularity and lean dry gains and felt the appetite somewhere between week 8-10. For the reasons stated above, neither compound should be looked at for your first couple cycles unless you are looking to get into the sport competitively and don't care about being shut down.
