This is a great way to get gains gains gains w/out the sides - if you get the sides you've stayed on too long - I love this approach as you can go higher dosed on your orals and the gain just keep coming
You'll know if you can go longer - my sweet spot is 10-12on 7-10off repeat / you can run your orals longer this way, too! Many added benefits and less sides(bloat, which if diet is on point it won't be an issue, water intake needs to be kept high, and EAT!
