PS: I love just love " hitting the random button" some says. Maybe after a month routine etc. just to get creative and make things interesting. It also keeps my body guessing..again to up the intensity
Hitting Random = Random results. Decide, plan, set your mindset, execute, get the results, rest , repeat!
