To get farthest I'd say contact the company you bought it off direct and see if they will resolve it for you or what will the outcome be, otherwise you're just wasting your time complaining. Yes damage is done and you may feel hurt, but be fair, be in their shoes, how you'd treat client like yourself now? contact them with proposition and if it comes to worst, you will have good tale to tell
