I read that beyond the anti catabolic benifets during working out it also aids in increasing protein synthesis post workout. Recovery in general. And that glutamine even at doses of 2 grams studies showed increase natural hgh secretions by like 400%
....what's your thoughts
Your protein powder already has all of those in it, no need to add more
