Done fellas, pure fvcked. T bars is always with the bar jammed in the corner, love them, great great session, a bit pissed off that the weight on rack pulls was way lower than i usually do but it was the end of the session and after some new weight so i should not complain eh.

Got in more syringes and needles in day before yesterday. Got to keep up the "apocalypse" stash.I generally get Terumo or BD products, but all they had this time was Covidien. They work all right, but man, talk about a tight plunger to barrel fit. It's almost like pushing Testolic.or something with EO as a carrier.
Guess if nothing else it will improve my pinch gripping strength.

Morning. I made the right decision with the new job for sure. Been a busy week. Little adjustment getting used to the time change so I missed shoulders Tuesday but got a pretty good back day on Thursday. Working a half day today and hitting the gym this afternoon for chest. Still haven't made it to the grocery store so my diet is crap all week but I'll get in there this weekend. I had 5 pages with a lot of good w/o to read about this morning. Got me ready for a good sesh! Hope everyone has a HITacular weekend!
