Having just under 100 bpm resting heart rate isn't that big of a deal if only for a short period of time.

Everyone's hr elevates during stressful times.

An elevated hr is only problematic if it stays high for any length of time or when it's a symptom of a much larger problem.

It would be a good idea to check your blood pressure a few times over the course of a day.

Have you had your blood counts tested recently?

When is the last time you've donated blood?
Im glad your paying attention.. im stopping next week. I know i didnt follow the script to a tee and maybe ive made some mistakes but at the end of the day i dont fully take anyones word for anything. I use it as a guideline and i listen to my body from there.. 2 examples:

    1. When i was starting out in lifting and wanted to bulk. I looked up and also asked people based on my height and weight about my macros are how much to eat. I followed the consensus and gained 20 pounds my first 4 weeks of mostly fat. Most people would be suprised at how i can bulk at a caloric level that they would probably lose weight at. Likewise despite all the above i also can lose weight crazy fast as well. This is how my body works. I respond to food or a lack there of STRONGLY. Much more so than the average person.

    2. Harsh tren sides. I got some acne on my jaw and some on my chest. Light acne. I havent had acne since i was 20. Those are my sides.. oh yeah and muscle growth. Those are the only 2 effects i noticed of tren. By reading what people say about the harsh sides i would of said you guys were all hysterical but i realize your body is not like mine therefore im not going to assume anything is fact for my body that is written on the internet.. i use it as a guideline or starting point.

I understand in taking a risk and could make a mistake. I listened to my body.. felt pretty damn healhy aside from my resting heart rate and blood pressure and decided to push it for 12 weeks. I think most of you whether you admit it or not are in the same boat with me in doing things like this. Im experimenting with my body and the consequences im fully prepared to accept as we all do here. I feel very confident i will be completely fine.

It's unfortunate that members put in time answering all your questions when you disregard all the advice.

Assuming that everyone else behaves like you, as a way to justify you actions, is an extremely unhealthy way of using AAS.

I don't mean to humiliate you and really hope everything works out for the best.

This is not good and is a perfect example of why you should only be using test.

Imo you should come off everything and PCT.

The thing about experimenting with your body and your willingness to accept the consequences is commendable. What you might find is that the sides do not show up just during the cycle but may manifest itself many months or even years after the cycle. All of a sudden you can't ejaculate and you can't figure it out since you haven't been on a cycle in a while. Hairloss is a good one. You might be fine with running Tren for years, like me, then all of a sudden you hair starts to thin. Just as a side note, on both side of my father's and mother's side there has been no bald men in 3 generations, I checked. None of my bothers are losing their hair, except me. It sucks and I don't want to take the consequences but here it is.

But that is imop the biggest problem on here.Guys ask a question but already made their mind up wat they are going to do.They dont want the truth or the correct answer. They just want you to agree with them. And too me the biggest joke is these guys with very little cycle experience listening to a friend telling them they should run tren. When they can do just as good on test for their level. They just think its the miracle drug thats going to make them huge over night.

You don't count your resting heart beat going up over 40 beats a minutes a harsh side?

I do hiit, Crossfit and or play 2 hours of basekball on tren and seem to be fine. I have never really notice a difference in stamina other than when I'm 20-25lbs heavier with Tren built muscle mass lol
