I would have started learning about nutrition sooner but would have cycled still after i reached my genetic potential

I think it would be good for the younger members, myself included, to hear what the more experienced members have to say on this topic. Long term health is sometimes put on the back burners when you feel that you are young and have a long time to live, but it's something that is massively important to take into consideration. So please your opinions and reasoning for your answers to this question. Thanks everyone
