Chest pains?
Care to eloborate on that?
The feeling you want to be especially alert of is if
(And use a friend to do this to you as it really gives a identical sensation)
it feels like if someone places their hand on the middle of your chest, between your nips, and press.
If you get that feeling, often in conjunction with a constricted throat kinda feeling, then it's a good chance it's angina;
A symptom where your heart isn't getting enough oxygen/blood.
(This can also lead to a stroke, but then it gets more painful, usually)
Sensations of fibrillation can be much more discrete, but it can feel like your BP is sky high (pressure in the throat region, constricted feeling),
and when you measure your BP its actually lower than normal.
(Doesn't have to be, but can go from 140/85 to 115/70 to give an example.)
But chest pain is in 90% of cases of muscosceletal origin.
