nolvadex questions..

im 6'1, 230lb, bf last time i checked was 15-16% (may have slightly risen).

the reason i ask this is because rather than waiting for noticing gyno effects, would it be bad to take 10mg a day throughout cycle and not worry about it? as this is would be my first cycle ever, if nolvadex all the way through is bad, im just afraid i wont know what im supposed to be looking for as far as side effects are concerned with the cycle. im thinking about starting the "beginner cycle 3" (dianabol, winstrol, nolvadex, proviron) but would like to get as much info before i do.

I never cycled before but I was aware one should be taking an AI such as Arimidex which is more effective then Nolvadex while on cycle. Nolva is more mild and for PCT mainly. Sorry if I'm encouraging numbre man my bestest friend
