Last I checked this was just a theory, no? This would mean that avoiding taking GH pre bed due to a GH release is unnecessary but most experienced users still stick by this. Not saying you're wrong just trying to learn. Have any links where I can read on this?

Hmm. Can't answer that question. But I do remember reading this somewhere during my research on peptides - specifically on Datbtrue. Too bad the site is no longer in existence. I've been looking for links to substantiate my statement and I can't seem to find any, to date. My apologies. Definitely don't want to mislead or give inaccurate info.

No worries. Didn't expect you to be trying to mislead anyone. I was just curious and am always wanting to learn about things I want to try or am already trying lol.

Theres a backup of part of the datbtrue on p2p. Not the whole thing, but still valid info.
Throw me a pm if you want it.

I'm on TRT, I'm 75. I push weights 3x weekly. I've been on HGH now for 2 years, I can only afford 1 IU daily. I would like to do more, but at 75 you have to watch the pennies.

I've had what I think is a tendon problem in my right arm for close on a year now. I tried pinning 2 IU daily for a month, but no effect. It's been getting worse, it's painful doing bench press, agony doing pull downs or triceps extensions. I had two choices :

Go to my acupuncturist - 65 km drive one way and 45 Euros per treatment for usually 3 or 4 treatments, or try this peptide, Thymosin Beta, (TB500). I managed to get hold of 12 x 2mg Vials for 140 Euros from a reliable source.

I thought that people would be interested in the results.

I'm taking 2 mg every Wednesday and Sunday. It was recommended that I take 2.0 or 2.5 mg twice weekly for 6 weeks. 2.0 mg is convenient.

I did 2mg last wed before going to the gym - no effect
I did 2mg last Sun before gym - I noticed that it was less painful on the bench press
I did 2mg this week on Wednesday but I couldn't make the gym until today (Friday). I managed to do 10 reps at 120 kgs for the first time in over 8 months, anything over 100 kgs was very painful. I did pull downs with hardly any pain, but I did keep it light. It was still painful to do more than 40 kgs on reverse curls, so I kept the weight down.

I'm due for my next shot on Sunday. This will be the last shot for week 2.

So far, I'm very encouraged. I'll keep you updated.
