No kidding. Sometimes I want to call their parents and see what went wrong in their upbringing. I've even (literally) had employees tell me they need to talk to their mom about schedule changes and what not. Just mind boggling!
Lmao the kid I smacked was 21, he called his mom to pick him up from the job that day. She makes his lunch everyday, wakes him up with a cup of coffee and does his laundry. It is the parents fault.

Yes I agree just by seeing parents in my kids school and then my kids telling them how they behave makes perfect sense.

I dont agree wirh this simply because my mom did it for me yet my dad (God rest his soul) was very strict , he taught me how to be punctual, respectful and have proper work ethic. Last month of his life when I asked him why he was so hard on me he simply replied "If I wasnt you wont be where you are in your life". that washed away all the complains I ever had for him.
