6'0 - 188 lbs at 12% BF and I'm 30 y/o.
Lifts are as follows (if relevant)
Bench: 295
Squat: 350
DL: 465
Been training for 6+ years, consistently. Looking to build lower body mass since it's been hard for me to come by. Not trying to add too much weight, maybe 5-10 lbs to my lower body and I'll be happy.
