ey ey ey...he started lifting in July...dont show him the link to the first cycle etc now....if he started weigths now, he should wait 4 years at least before he hits that link

thanks people...I don't plan on getting on any for a long while, I'm just interested and trying to acquire some knowledge!
I either have good genetics, or it's probably that it's just early in my lift career, because I'm improving (gainz like crazy) weekly.
Never thought I could be so confident without using psychoactive drugs. Can't wait to see what the future holds.
