    I was watching. I used to work stomach but not so much anymore.

    Should I be working the stomach more regularly?

    Depends on your goals and your current state of development.

    I usually do one ab movement at the beginning of every workout as a warmup then one 60 minute session of just abs every 5th workout.

    Thanks for your input. I normally do planks and crunches on a ball to work up but not a devoted session. I think I need to do more.

    Personally I find planks worthless for developing separation. I think they're purely a toning exercise.

    You should try and incorporate a twisting motion in all of your ab movements. Twisting will work your inner abs and make your waist smaller.

    They're some great ab routines under the My Fitness Girls channel. Rob Riches has the best ab videos I've seen on YouTube.
