I have a nagging shoulder injury I've been dealing with. It kept me from working out throughout the summer for a few months. It's better in the fact that I can train but certain things I need to either avoid or need to go light. I did a TB cycle a while back with great results that I did a log here on so I'm trying it again. The TB wasn't really part of the cycle but I decided to jump back on it to see if it helps with my shoulder.
