    Right fellas, am trying to hit the inside top of the chest. Any help tips ect, i do the leaning db one arm fly kel told us about works good but any more.

    Set up sideways on the pec deck and use it palms down unilaterally - flexing hard as you come across your body

    Even using a cable unilaterally(elbow perpendicular & back) push across the body and you'll feel the upper pec activate

    Went into my biceps, rear delt & back thinking I was only about 95% recovered. Got warm, cranked the slipknot and lifted very angry & heavy - pushed my top weights for everything and felt good and strong. F'n amazing workout, one of my better.

    Nice avi Nach. And Cuz, you're natural at this time??? Damn dude!

    I wished bro. That was 2014 lol..bout 30lbs less now same bf

    And for the record just about all my avis are from when i was cycling. I like to look back and be reminded of how much i changed myself. The couple of pics i have posted in the thread recently are now and present

    My Mother-in-law can be a terrible pain in the ass, but her pies are on point, and her pumpkin pie is worth the calories.

    On call tomorrow from 7-3.
    Have a new (used) piece of equipment coming and was hoping if would get here by Friday, but not going to. Should be here mid next week since the freight guys get a 4 day weekend. Trucking company has very unique logistics. What I purchased came from NC. I live in SC. When the trucking company picked up my purchase, they immediately headed to Va.?
    Maybe that's where their home is and they are getting ready for the holidays.
    Anyway, whenever it comes in and I assemble it, I'll post a pic.
    Headed home for sleep I plan to work arms midnight or after.

    Ok fellas i did shoulders and traps, good session and my arms are fried now so doms it was haha.

    Standing db side raises 1 working +rp DD

    Seated shoulder press 1 working DD

    Rev pec dec 1 working 1 drop

    Bent over rev db fly 3 sets 10 reps ish a set

    BB shrugs 1 working DD. Smith

    Machine shrugs 1 working +rp. Behind back

    Done.

    Brother a long story short i had to stop to save my marriage at least for a little while until i get back on my feet. The mrs isnt one for cycling or the gym lifestyle...but i did cause alot of problems..anyway like i said pretty much. Im gonna cycle again, i dont knowhow soon. We are born to do this.     I believe i could get back in peak condition within a year easily just bulk with a little test and then add in the low dose tren towards the end probably would run two long cycles as i always liked the little bit longer ones.     iam going to the gym at 8 then got a thanksgiving pass to go see me family..it's been years since I've been home for a thanksgiving or Christmas and it means a lot to me!!gonna do squats and stiff leg deads and hyper extensions..gonna try to work the only large muscle group that isn't sore right now..Iam looking foward to a nice mean I won't binge but Iam gonna enjoy myself..prob won't talk much just sit back and enjoy being around my fam!!!!

    Decent one this morning. Just finished some early errands and am settled in at the house so far. Nice breakfast of tuna, pasta, and jalapeño peppers. Dang peppers got too spicy at the end of the season.

    Incline d'bell curl- 2 w/u, Work- 6+,drop,3+,drop,3+.
    Preacher curl off back of bench- 1 w/u, Work-7 reps plus 3 forced reps with a slow 5 count neg per arm.
    Close grip cable curl- Work- 5+ reps with a slow 5 count positive and negative.
    Seated concentration curls- Work- 6+, drop,3+
    Close grip Smythe press- 2 dang good w/u sets, Work1-3, drop,3,drop,1+,drop,4 reps. 1 minute rest. Work2-6+ reps.
    Triceps pressdown w/bent handle- 1 w/u, Work-8 - 3+ reps w/a 5 count hold on partial.
    Finished with some fairly light EZ curl skulls for a change. Work- 8 slow, smooth reps.

    58 minutes. A bit long, but lots of work.
