    Get some diet help in the diet section and do at least 20 mins cardio after every lifting session.

    ^^^ this and stay off all gear until u have been training for a couple years. U don't need to cycle.

    I Do About 45 Minutes Of Incline On The Treadmill 5 days a week right now.

    Maybe i just need to get my diet in check.
