How imprtant is it to take an AI along with Prolactin inhibitor (Prami) while on Tren

Finally got Prami last night, 0.25mg tabs, started off taking half and will go up from there. Gyno keeps flaring even while using Letro up to this point. Using low dose Test along with around the same amount of Tren (200mg per week) Both Enanthate. Added the Tren about 3 weeks ago. As stated the question is do i need to take AI also along with Prami? I have AROMISON and Letro on hand. Thanks.

I don't run AI's or prami and I did 20weeks tren 150mg EOD and test 200mg EOD but everyone reacts differently you say your gyno is flaring up so this is high E2 so I would but im sure a vet will chime in

just because some run AI's and some don't doesn't mean its 50/50 for you listen to youre body check blood work and go from their

Yes thats right^^^ was running about 400-450mg per week about 2 months ago, had blood work and levels were literally off the chart.. super high, so i cut in in half and am doing great, and feeling great.

I was just thinking is this a real question?

Always runnan AI(if you don't manage your E2 kiss your PRL to go highly elevated being your E2 will most likely be just that elevated... they do/& will correspond with each other... but bw is the only way of knowing! You may feel fine on the outside but inner your insides need checking especially after 7mobths and like songdog said prostate probs are right up your ally / are you pissing more than usual? & not from water lol

Prostate? Is that what you're trying to spell? Can you elaborate further on that? is that something that i really should be worried about?

No brotha! 7 months on test, 3 weeks now on Tren! I won't be going past 8 weeks i'm sure with the Tren. Also i have only Aromison on hand along with the Prami which already seems to be getting rid of the gyno! (Prami)
