    Let me count up my carbs again I'll get back to you. This is my diet:
    1: 10 egg whites, serving and a half of grits
    2: 2 myo original packets
    3-5: 8oz of chicken or fish, 7-8oz of veggies, 7-8oz of starch

    I don't want to try clen because of people's reports on how it affects your heart rate. I don't like side effects like that. Same with tren, worried about the sides. Not objected to masteron.

    I don't do fasted cardio simply because I have read numerous reports that it doesn't make a significant impact.

    I lost my coach about a month ago so I'm really bummed and worried I'm going to fail. Thanks for your help.

    I think it would be a mistake not to include fasted cardio. Whether the reports support it or not, I can tell you first hand that I noticed a significant difference both times switching from post workout to fasted during my prep. I used to think the same way as you and to a point I still do but there comes a time where even a small percentage of change makes a difference and that time is during contest prep.

    Other than possible anxiety as higher dosages, clen is relatively safe especially when tapering up slowly. Im not saying to add tren, I was just giving my opinion on the fact that I didn't like the cycle. Im more about the cookie cutter test tren mast winny contest prep cycles lol.

    For meal 1, how much exactly is a serving and a half? Looks like a decent amount of carbs tho if you're having 21-24oz just in meal 3-5.

    Try to up the cardio first to 30 mins like musclescience said and then after some time cut some carbs. But don't increase your cardio above 30 mins before giving your diet a look at. I mean you don't want to starve yourself but everything starts and ends with your diet.
