Balls still small after using HCG?

My uro gave them an ultrasound scan and said they are hypoechoic (atrophy due to cell death), and that I should get checked yearly because of higher risk of cancer.

I don't recall where but I did read a few papers showing increased incidence of ca when atrophy is present.

If you happen to remember where you saw these papers I would love to read them. It might make me start to use some hcg.

Same here. In my testicle ultrasound there was nothing like that.
