Wondering if I can use Deca on TRT with my current labs.

Hi guys. I got my blood retested after donating some.
HB range 13-18, previous 18.4 latest 16.9
RBC range 4.5-6.5 previous 6.6 latest 6
HCT range 38-52 previous 56 latest 52.

I think I am still high or near high. Thinking about donating some more coming Sunday.
What do you guys suggest ?

This may sound a little crazy but if I don't have time to donate blood I just drain my self, when my HCT and HB gets too high, with a sterile kit.
