    Just like what all the supplement companies do, have a physique model gain 30 pounds of far for before pictures, then take after pic 30 days later to prove the efficacy of the product. Lots of people still question the validity of the Colorado experiment.

    LOL so true.

    You left out the part where the fitness model sells the free supplements they're given on eBay to finance their gear for those 30 days.

    What Viator did in the Colorado Experiment was impressive and I don't mean to undermine his achievements.

    But the way the data was presented was deceiving.

    On the plus side if get out of shape the Colorado Experiment shows that you shouldn't make excuses.
