    I want to see how my body reacts without animal products and specifically dairy. I'll go back to meats after a few months and see what gives me any issues with digestions

    For digestive issues just stay off dairy, be sure to include plenty of eggs and lean cuts of meat.

    Vegan diet is unsuitable for a bb, it's deficient in essential nutrients you need.

    That was my initial thought, I'll let everyone know the results. I'm hesitant of the diary involved with 450 grams of protein. I can feel the gas and discomfort already lol

    From an amino acid profile it's not? What are you concerned with?
