    Good on you. It feels awesome to be feel full of energy during a workout. Yawning is mostly because you're oxygen deprived. Perhaps the Dbol increase the oxygen uptake to the brain and thus reducing your need to yawn. Just a guess. Who knows? Well, actually boneparte probably know.

    Testosterone increases red blood cells. RBCs carry oxygen.

    If I have to take a guess, I'd point to central fatigue induced by exercise.

    Dbol might be acting on the brain to prevent onset of such fatigue.

    Imo it's not normal to yawn from exercise at the age of 18. In my teens I had such nervous energy I could lift all night along and still hit school in the morning.

    To OP: as already pointed out, try another doctor.
