If you are not in TRT and dont want to be, you should stay away from deca and tren.

The risk of not recovering is quite increased by taking these compounds as they will shut you down hard, possibly harming your HPTA.

For the first few cycles you should stick to testosterone and orals, which will probably give you as much gains as deca anyways, if you diet and training are on point. You will always have time to start using this hard compounds in the future, once your physique reaches a level where you are comfortable with doing TRT for life.

About deca it is a slow steroid, it will give you slow constant gains and it needs long cycles to take maximum advantage. It is a steroid where you will feel great, as it has good anti-inflammatory, high collagen synthesis and the side effects are low even at high dosages. Usually well tolerated if you control estrogen and prolactin adequately, if not, and if you are prone to it, deca dick its the worse side effect.

i agreee with most except orals, i rec avoiding them in general. many inject that are not liver toxic and i see no real need for orals this day and age. mine mostly collect dust for years now.

Agreed.

The thing is guys are eager to experiment. I'm including myself here, if I knew what I know now, I wouldn't have jumped on different steroids. And IMO is better to experiment with a few weeks of winny, dbol or anavar than tren or deca.

Most of this guys wanting to experiment are young, and the liver is much more resilient on younger guys. After 40 any orals will elevate your transaminases, but please dont use the stack songdog mentioned at any age, except of course, if you have a death wish.
