    It is true, that's for sure

    I have heard it mentioned a good amount of times, but thankfully that shit doesn't apply to me.

    I'd say about 3 out of 4 of the big guys have disproportionate legs.

    As far as calves, I do calves damn near every day. Not for growth, but for definition.

    I guess I can keep this thread running - better than starting a new one, I suppose. This is 211, I say about 12% maybe - I dunno or care. Def good enough for me. Right under a 19" arm and right under a 34" waist. I have depleted to a fast 207-208, but this 211 lol old better to me.

    I feel very lucky to be where I am at the moment. Most folks don't have the option to hit a 2 gym sessions a day. . .

    And since I have the opportunity, there's no excuse to slack. Plus it keeps me away from other shit that I should not be doing.

    Pushing for 220 by the end of this year - weighing in at right at under 215 right now.

    Just hit my all time PR incline bench of 275x5 & 295x2 - my bench has always been my weak point.
