If I recall correctly, they are from the northwest with Pearljam, Soundgarden - all of the grunge bands. But because of that style, I believe that's where they were classified as sludge. Glad you liked em.

Way better than those bands imo. I listened to pearl jam have loads of their cds at home I got as a job lot and they are boring ha.
