That makes him know exactly what and how his body grows... looking bigger than you weigh by 15+lbs is the best compliment one can give imho!
Sil... 20reps is not HIT it's volume training FFS... and you can't get stronger if your not overloading the weight! I've done both and REAL HIT will put slabs of muscle tissue on you whereas volume training won't... and tbh volume training should bring out the lines much easier like close to a show, yet you've managed to mess your own training up now
