    Capebuffalo versus Obspowerstroke in a 6 week challenge.

    Ok folks Obspowerstroke and I will be doing a most improved after 6 week contest. Hopefully I can get Marcus, Kel, and Sil to judge. I'll post before pictures on that muscle group day. Also full front, back, and side. I'm not posting cold. The same goes for stroke. If anyone else wants to join us feel free. I've been out of the game for a while so bare with me. I will be following Marcus HIT program. I hope to do him proud. I'll post legs tomorrow. Let the games begin.

    I'm on my 4th week of 300 mg test cyp and 700 mg deca per week.
    Ive been sporadic at best over the last three years with my training.
    I'm hoping to bounce back quickly with training and muscle memory.

    I am on my third week of 750mg test c, 325mg tren e, 300-350mg of deca, and 350 mg dbol per week. Almost out of dbol running until week four. I train dorian yates HIT and reached a plateau and sought the advice of silabolin. I will be busting up my workouts with a deload/higher rep lower weight day to try and escape any plateau I hit. I will also perform "feeder workouts" before bed. I have not trained my abs at all and my calves are a joke. I will be trying as hard as I can and if I lose I hold no excuses. I will be stepping up my diet 100% and I will be performing cardio. Some of my technique will come from silabolin and Rich Piana. I am sick but its nothing I wont be over in a few days and it will not effect the outcome. Thanks to capebuffalo for coming up with this and I appreciate the drive it will give me!

    It's just most improved. Judges call. If I was serious I'd ask for 15 weeks.

    I think the issue is we are already into our cycles. If he decided so I would go longer. It would probably be better for both of us in the long run. This is gonna make me push hard. This is great!

    I alread went from 4 to 6 weeks. We can always make another run. This was spur of the moment with not a lot of thought. Let's see where we go.

    Yes I'm in fellas - me and Cape haven't cycled in a while as I've been out 4months w/a torn quad first then ripped my ventral hernia wide open needing my 6th or 7th repair! I forget!

    Im running 750test/700NPP - only in 3rd wk of cycle(and I'm running this bitch for 14wks + or if gains stall switch things up - I'm fired the hell up fellas - this will be good for all of us especially just coming back! Lol then we can do it again?! I'm hoping, like Cape, MM will be enough to springboard me to the forward, as well! I will be training Pure HIT(Marcus/Kel style)!

    5'10 195 atm but looking for 210+ @10-12% or lower in 6wks... diet must be on!

    Question are we going for size and aesthetics b/c this cycle I wanted to do thickness and size?? Either one is fine with me!

    We are making this simple. Who looks better after 6 weeks. Let the judges decide. Who has made the best change in their physical appearance. It's just a beauty pageant. Who looks better from six weeks ago.

    Anyone competing needs to have a best front. That can be double bi lat spread most muscular or what ever shows their best pose. A side shot. That can be side chest or tricep. And back. Also rear double bi or lat spread. You have to submit the same pose for the comparison photos at the end.
