Long acting GHrelin, like MK-677, don't mimic male pulsatile GH release. This chronic GH secretion (dripping) has been associated by specialists with several brain disorders, so it is really not safe to use.

A GHRP/GHRH combo is considered much safer as it mimics the pulsatile release, and we have much more experience with than GH-677. Other older long acting GHrelin peptides have been ruled out long ago cause of side effects.

Also, everyone of this peptides will only be able to do a small fraction of what exogenous GH can do.

Silabolin biased advice, once again, is based on internet frauds like dylan geneli and rich piano, and on his anedoctal own experience. He is also very gullible, perhaps even naive, so his advice need to be taken with (many) grains of salt.
