Yes sir, I alternate between it and the small V handle (the one many of us use for Tbar rows, chin ups, etc.) for seated low pulley rows. They both do a great job.
The small handle seems to hit the middle back better, I guess because you can get a slightly longer pull with it, and the wider handle defo works the outer portion better.

Meeting today in town then some cardio on the bike coupled with bringing in some wood.I need to get a pellet stove this is a full time job:/ But I love it at 80* in my home.Talk too yall later.
