hCG vs hMG

Is it true hCG doesn't prevent total 100% testicular shutdown? I understand the pharmacology of both. Would hMG be better??

And my second question is, would running Clomid alongside hCG/hMG after steroid discontinuation be better than starting Clomid after discontinuation of hCG/hMG?

HMG contains both LH and FSH I believe,
(There are different versions and I've seen some with just FSH)
But some sample HMG I bought in Jordan states 75IU LH & 75 IU FSH on the package. If so hcg shouldn't be necessary.

So, using HMG on cycle should replace hcg and be much better,
it will after all actually preserve sperm function during cycle.
It is however, much more expensive.

Also, does hMG dosed correctly prevent ANY shutdown/testicular atrophy? 0% loss in testicular function and size?
