Where I'm from they have specific hospitals that have needle exchange programs. If you use dope you take your used needles there and they exchanged the amount you gave them formnew ones..to prevent spreading diseases...they also have a bus or two that goes to certain locations and do that..I wonder if they have intramuscular needles ..
