I stand with obs on this one, even if I were to hit a gym all I'd use would be free weights. Some "gyms" nowadays don't even feature a power rack, well shame on those.
Yeah but there is so much you can use beyond a barbell and dumbells granted I like dumbells the most since I'm trying to balance out my left and right side for strength and size ..but there is nothing like doing some wide grip pull ups then super setting right into some lat pulldowns or super wide grip cable rows ...and tons of other variations like that for other muscle groups
I do itmfor super elite efficiency and performance. And it's a mental speed bump when others are in my sight sometimes when I wanna just go..I feel like a caged hungry lion pacing back and forth even though I'm a very passive yet assertive person and won't let them upset me to the point of violence etc..I just like going to the gym alone personally.
I use to have Olympic free weight ,curl and bench barbell , bench and some dumbbells and all throughout high school or after I hit it hard even though I hardly knew what I was doing ..never did legs then which I regretted. But mine are catching up nice since I started lifting again 10 years later lol

That's b/c you were probly close to this size already! Like me gaining 35lbs in 10wks back in 14(yes I have the pics) if anything is pointing to that you ain't gotta chance.. your back looks the same since day one - no improvement! Your shoulders and arms improved yet so has Cape and mine! Go back and look at my first set of pics - if your still on the weight thing I've gained 15lbs in 3 wks![]()

Correct, I was 215 before. I was 21 or 22. I put in 8 years of no lifting but instead working with a fury that made me a legend in my area.
