Heck yeas.. I remember seeing boxers on t.v and they look big and ripped as fuck. Would think they weigh 200+ but they really only weigh like 180+ or so..I don't like getting above 220. It's just to heavy and makes things more difficult when trying to run etc..I mean it's worked with ..but I'd rather be a solid efficient 200
I admit my proportions are off. My chest and delts and back mess with the way everything else looks. It comes from making a living with my core for many years. Its something I amtrying to fix. Definitely not easy.
