Didnt come out too shabby myself. I got the wife a box of the heart shaped biscuits.from Bojangles.
I'm not a skinny/low bf guy by any means, but it was almost.frightening to see the size of some of some of those people in there. One guy came in wearing the old school denim bib overalls, had to be a size 60" + waistline. Ordered like a 12 piece box, got a ton of BBQ sauce, filled his tea, and headed for a table. I got the wife's biscuits, kind of kept my back to the wall, slowly headed for the door, and got the hell out of there.
I will admit I had to fight the urge to jump the counter, grab a tray of chicken, and just start ripping the skins off of the chicken and inhaling them.

Morning fellas, i went to the doc yesterday and she had a look, checked urine no blood in it but white blood cells were up a tad. She took some blood and i have to hand more urine in this morning for the lab. She said no urine infection bebause there was no blood and i never had any pain when peeing.
Can't remember what the other thing was lol a know tit. Still feel ill, not so much pain round my kidneys now. If not better by end of the wk i have to go back.
So no fvcking session again.

Wow my back is sore... lats are sore to the touch! I love the pulldowns machine they have and it really hits the width of the back as my lats felt like they folded up like an accordion! plus the center of my back up to the neck(& traps) are torched... just what I wanted!

Legs today and I'm gonna crush em!

Dont feel so good today, bad sleep and bad dreams don't do me any good. Got some stressful times at work tonight and I wish I was doing days but the night is calling so its my batman outfit on.

Slept all day and the shivers have gone, chest if sore and tender which means that workout hit the mark with the lighter weights. Didn't train today so now I have I will be having 4 days off

Nice! I had to look up fluke. For me, a fluke is what I call things that go right.
Meal sounds awesome, BG. At times I miss living in Alabama and heading down towards Dothan. Really excellent prawns and seafood in general. I could easily put away 6-7 dozen fried oysters. The toilet may pay the price later because I rarely eat fried food anymore, but dang, fried oysters are killer. Half shell are decent as well. If I went a shade west from there you could get really good crawfish, almost buttery tasting.
Fvck, now my fat @ss is hungry, LOL.

I like breaking up the weak on WED with leg day... plus you I've worked two big Musclegroups prior(chest & back) & legs today splits up my current split nicely!

But I love working back! My lats are so sore as is the middle mid back... I'm already feeling my leg workout! So I'm driving home today after legs and went to hit the breaks and looked down and my legs were shaking, twitching, spasming LOL! Job was definitely done!
