Make sure you allow for your increase in weight in your surplus. No point running e.g. 4000cals throughout the cycle because at the start it's a 750cal surplus. I start with a few hundred surplus and add 100cals per week. Means I don't overeat and get a fat ass.
Thankyou yes i was planning on slowly increasing as the weeks go by to end up at the 750 surplus around week 3-4.
