You need to run your HCG through the cycle not in PCT. 250ius twice a week until 3 days before the start of PCT.
Make sure you allow for your increase in weight in your surplus. No point running e.g. 4000cals throughout the cycle because at the start it's a 750cal surplus. I start with a few hundred surplus and add 100cals per week. Means I don't overeat and get a fat ass.
