    Hit arms hard and fairly fast tonight? Definitely feeling it.

    Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work1-5,drop,3+,drop,6+. Rest 1 minute. Work2- 5 reps, rest pause,2+ reps w/ long hold shy of lockout.
    Triceps pressdown w/ bent handle- 2 w/u, Work- 9 reps, drop, 3+ reps w/ a 10 count hold on partial.
    Preacher curl off back of bench- 2 w/u, Work- 8+ reps and 4 forced reps w/ slow 10 count negative on forced reps.
    Seated CC- 2 w/u, Work- 8, drop,3+ reps. Biceps felt like they were going to pop.
    CG cable curls w/ straight bar- Work- 6 solid reps w/ a painful slow 5 count negative and 5 count positive.
    Seated hammer curls- Work- to failure.

    44 minutes. Sounds like it took a long time, but my rep speed is fairly slow as well.
