    That's b/c your traps and caps(medial delts/shoulders) have more ARs(androgen receptors) than most other BPs I know the traps for sure! You can get them to grow fast and thick - your traps have both good height and length!

    I'll post some pics upbin a lil while gotta hit legs later and they aren't coming out till the end date(hopefully I'll surprise some of you) considering I had no legs at the start

    I don't know about my conditioning. Nacho is almost at peak conditioning from his photos. I'm carrying a little beer gut.

    Aye, you're not at your peak Cape, but from where I am (was at the start of this challenge) I'd have had trouble getting lean enough to compete with you on that point!

    Who am I gonna call out? Well... thats a tough one. I think Id like to call BiB and Marcus to the stands. Possibly, maybe RC or Tarmy!

    That's the thing I could cut an extra 2% maybe but I'm not sacrificing any tissue I've put on this time lol

    Will be a fun finish! I'd like to go bigger after

    Your a lot bigger than us too lol - you can carry more bf and still look very good!

    Yeah, posssibly "some" bodyfat. I suspect my fat ass is 25%. Ive still got some muscle tissue, but I havent hit the weights with any seriousness for 12months.

    Im currently balanced around the 290lb mark. Which without training or dieting, is where my body tends to like being. I stay this weight on a relatively small diet of 2500-3000kcal.

    Ive said somewhere before, I guess I am genetically predisposed to be heavy. I was at school always bigger than everyone else.
    My brother is around 260lbs, and a strongman competitor. He has to eat 5000kcal daily just to not shrink. He hates me too.

    It does go around though mate, that "most improved" contest we were in before was a real stuggle for me to get down to ~245lbs. I lost a lot of mass.

    I can't drop complex carbs not would I want too lol - I just know my body is like a machine at this time and I'll lose weight very quickly - it only takes one low day and I'm flat but it'll help with say 3days left... Ida loved to do a real(16wks) after we bulked of course lol

    Sug salt etc is low - no dairy dairy except some milk(2%) hasn't really bloated mebut it's only be my first shk in the am for extra cal's but a split between water and 2% milk - used to drink 16Gl a month

    That's why I will not do a hard cut.. although I remember the pics you have on this I believe - but the main thing for me and Marcus drilled this in my head hard cutting will rip right thru your hard earned muscle tissue... ever try carb cycling

    BIB got me into carb cycling that last big comp we had. I love it. It works wonders. It's hard to drink beer and carb cycle though.
