Aye, you're not at your peak Cape, but from where I am (was at the start of this challenge) I'd have had trouble getting lean enough to compete with you on that point!

Ive said somewhere before, I guess I am genetically predisposed to be heavy. I was at school always bigger than everyone else.
My brother is around 260lbs, and a strongman competitor. He has to eat 5000kcal daily just to not shrink. He hates me too.
It does go around though mate, that "most improved" contest we were in before was a real stuggle for me to get down to ~245lbs. I lost a lot of mass.

Down the stretch. Keep calories high with clean proteins, drop carb intake, avoid sugars, sodium, and dairy, double up on the cardio. Let's go!

I can't drop complex carbs not would I want too lol - I just know my body is like a machine at this time and I'll lose weight very quickly - it only takes one low day and I'm flat but it'll help with say 3days left... Ida loved to do a real(16wks) after we bulked of course lol
Sug salt etc is low - no dairy dairy except some milk(2%) hasn't really bloated mebut it's only be my first shk in the am for extra cal's but a split between water and 2% milk - used to drink 16Gl a month
