    Obspowerstroke, did you start dropping body fat yet? Going to be hard to see the new muscles with 48% body fat I am figuring! You sure did get bigger though.

    I know. You stomped me on legs. I just think capes are something to marvel but thats coming from a fat ass. The longer you work something the more size and gnarl your veins get. Capes show the many years of lifting. I know vascularity is genetic but I guarantee you his legs prob used to look like mine 10 years ago. I would like your arms and capes legs.

    lol I was wondering if anyone else caught that when my feet are together but toes l/feet wide my legs look thicker but not as much separation - I'd rather go with the separation now that I have 'some' quads lol
